Our clients span retail, restaurant/QSR, medical, office, industrial, and specialty sectors.</p><p><br></p><p>Every project is led by experienced in-house Project Managers and Superintendents — never temporary staffing — ensuring consistent quality, accountability, and long-term relationships with our clients and trade partners.</p><p><br></p><h3>The Opportunity</h3><p>This is a leadership role for a hands-on Commercial Construction Project Manager who wants full ownership of ground-up and major remodel projects, not just a small piece of the process. You will manage projects nationwide from pre-construction through closeout while working remotely with a seasoned team and traveling to job sites as needed.</p><p><br></p><p>If you enjoy solving problems in real time, leading field teams, and being the person clients trust to deliver, this role offers both autonomy and strong operational support, along with the chance to grow your impact across multiple markets.</p><p><br></p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul><li>Lead and manage ground-up commercial construction and large-scale remodel projects from planning and pre-construction through punch list and closeout.</li><li>Own project schedules, budgets, change orders, and job cost tracking to deliver work on time and within agreed-upon financial targets.</li><li>Coordinate and direct project teams, including superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and consultants, to keep work flowing and aligned with plans.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive communication, managing expectations, and building long-term relationships.</li><li>Oversee field production, monitor progress against milestones, and address issues quickly to maintain safety, quality, and momentum on every site.</li></ul><h3>What Success Looks Like</h3><ul><li>Within 3–6 months, you are independently managing multiple projects in different locations with clear schedules, budgets, and communication plans in place.</li><li>Projects are consistently delivered on or ahead of schedule and within agreed-upon budgets, with minimal rework and well-managed change orders.</li><li>Clients view you as a trusted partner, reflected in positive feedback, smooth project execution, and opportunities for repeat or expanded work.</li><li>Field teams and subcontractors are well-coordinated, understand expectations, and consistently meet or exceed safety, quality, and documentation standards.</li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><ul><li>5–7+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager or in a comparable leadership role.</li><li>Proven track record delivering ground-up commercial builds; experience leading major remodels and multi-site programs is a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction sequencing, including sitework, foundations, structural systems, and building envelopes, with the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors, schedules, project budgets, and change management, with confident communication in a fast-paced, remote environment.</li></ul><h3>Compensation and Benefits</h3><ul><li>To be confirmed before posting: add base salary or pay range and any bonus/ incentive structure.</li><li>Eligibility for company benefits package (add health, retirement, PTO, and other benefits here before posting).</li><li>Full-time position.</li><li>Remote role based in the United States with travel to job sites as needed; standard full-time schedule with flexibility during critical project phases.</li></ul><h3>How to Apply</h3><p>If you are a commercial construction leader who takes pride in driving projects from bare ground to final completion, please apply with your resume and a brief summary of your most relevant ground-up projects.
