Learn more at: <a href="https://www.rez.llc/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 233);">https://www.rez.llc/</a> Specific Responsibilities: <ul><li>Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.</li><li>Coordinate project activities and ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.</li><li>Track progress, update schedules, and provide regular reports to management and clients.</li><li>Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, invoices, and other project-related records.</li><li>Coordinate and participate in project meetings, including preparing agendas, recording meeting minutes, and following up on action items.</li><li>Communicate effectively with project team members and stakeholders to provide project updates, clarify requirements, and address any concerns.</li><li>Assist in procuring materials, equipment, and subcontractor services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.</li><li>Monitor project budgets, expenses, and costs, and assist in financial analysis and forecasting.</li><li>Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making and problem-solving efforts.</li></ul> Position Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field a plus but not&nbsp;required.</li><li>Proven experience working as a Project Coordinator in the commercial construction&nbsp;industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.</li><li>Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Procore.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks&nbsp;and meet deadlines.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively&nbsp;with diverse teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.</li><li>Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make sound decisions.</li><li>Proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to work both&nbsp;independently and collaboratively.</li><li>Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite.</li><li>Willing to complete Assessment and Drug Test</li></ul>Compensation: <ul><li>$60,000-65,000 per year</li></ul> Benefits: <ul><li>Remote work</li><li>Full time</li></ul> About Us: REZ Management was launched in Arizona 25 years ago, working on high-end homes, and transitioned into 100% commercial work in 2009. Our remote office is in Idaho; however, we are licensed as a GC in multiple states. We work primarily (though not exclusively) in the restaurant industry specializing in remodels, tenant improvements, and ground-up construction.
