You'll act as the company's integrator, translating vision into measurable performance, while reinforcing our culture of ownership, accountability, and results. This role reports directly to the CEO, who is transitioning to a strategic, visionary role. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead all daily operations across sales, preconstruction, project management, and field execution</li><li>Translate the CEO's strategic vision into executable plans and team performance goals</li><li>Serve as the integrator across departments to ensure alignment and measurable results</li><li>Recruit, coach, and mentor high-performing leaders and department heads</li><li>Drive adoption of internal systems, including Procore, CRM, and the REZ Operating System</li><li>Foster a culture of urgency, excellence, and empowered ownership</li><li>Manage estimating and sales performance with a goal of a 25% bid-win ratio</li><li>Oversee budgets, forecasting, and financial KPIs with a focus on profitability</li><li>Build relationships with key clients to support retention and expansion</li><li>Champion REZ's core values: Ownership Mentality, Bold Innovation, Empowered Execution, Legacy Through Impact</li><li>Lead mindset workshops and internal initiatives that support a purpose-driven culture</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>10 or more years in commercial construction leadership (VP, GM, Director of Ops, etc.)</li><li>Background in QSR, retail, or high-volume commercial construction preferred</li><li>Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and implementing scalable systems</li><li>Operationally disciplined, systems-first leader</li><li>Excellent communicator and coach with high emotional intelligence</li><li>Strategic thinker with tactical execution chops</li><li>Tech-savvy, proficient with Procore, CRMs, scheduling tools, and other construction tech</li><li>Entrepreneurial and action-oriented</li><li>Driven by results, not red tape</li><li>Ready to own outcomes and leave a legacy</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Full Time, Remote position</li><li>Competitive salary range at $100,000 to $200,000 base + performance-based incentives</li></ul>Ready to Lead with Impact?If you're currently a COO, or ready to step up to be one, and want the chance to shape a bold and growing company, we want to hear from you.
